Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email or dm us within 7 days of receiving the item at ajaar.team@gmail.com or @ajaar.world (instagram) to alert us of the issue. Upon receipt of the email we will determine the cause of the refund/exchange request and, if applicable; exchange the product for a replacement.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Ajaar.team@gmail.com and we will coordinate the exchange.
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
